Returns and Exchanges

Satisfaction is guaranteed on all Dagla products purchased directly through our store or Applications. We want you to be satisfied and proud of your purchase, so if you are not satisfied for any reason, Products can be returned, within 14 days.

Please note, the product must be returned in the original condition it was sold, unaltered, damaged and accompanied by the original packaging and sales receipt.
Returned items that are damaged, misused or altered will not be accepted for refunds. Items returned without their original packaging or where the packaging isn't in sold condition for these cases our team will help you accordingly after checking with our third-party Supplier.

Returning your order

You have 14 days from receiving your order to exchange or return, book your items through Email us or Call us option.

Receiving Refund

Please allow 2-3 days for verification of the returned item before issuing a refund or credit. Refunds will be strictly processed depending on the method in which the purchase was completed. There will be no exceptions: Credit card/debit card purchases will have the refund processed by crediting the same card name used at time of purchase.

Please note that the refund time will vary according to the credit card issuing bank's policies and may take up-to five to six Business days for it to appear on your statement.
