Shipping:
We strive to deliver products purchased from Dagla in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
Local Kuwait orders – will be delivered within 24 hours
GCC orders – will be delivered within 4-5 working days
Returns & Exchanges:
We are committed to ensuring you are 100% happy with your order. Any full-price, undamaged and unused items can be returned for refund or exchange by contacting us within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return: (step by step on web/app)
- From your My Account page click my account details.
- Click My Orders and you will find your all orders.
- When you will click your order, you will see Return & Exchange.
- Please click Return and specify the reason for your return and select how you want your refund (Wallet or Bank)
- In your wallet, you will get your refund instantly and for the bank, you need to add your bank details and submit them, and our team will work on your return.
- After we receive the item in our possession and the item in our mentioned quality above then we will transfer your refund to your bank.
Exchange: (step by step on web/app)
- From your My Account page click my account details.
- Click My Orders and you will find your all orders.
- When you will click your order, you will see Return & Exchange.
- Please click Exchange and you will get a message if the product has another size or color and submit.
- You will receive a message that your item exchange request has been sent successfully and our team will initiate this exchange as soon as possible.
